Tests (Current Term)

Tests are quick assessments (e.g. a weekly test) that do not count toward the term final and never appear on report cards. You can choose which classes participate, and optionally publish a test so parents can see it in "View Results" — with position, average, division and points — just like a CA or Exam.

Grading System & Divisions

Choose which examination level your school follows and whether divisions are calculated using your own grade boundaries or NECTA's official ones.

Hold Ctrl/Cmd to select multiple. Scores are still recorded and shown, but these subjects never count toward the division or points.

School Registration Code

Staff enter this code alongside their username and password to log in — it's what tells the system which school's data to open, so it must be unique across every school on the platform. This is useful for a teacher who works at more than one school: they simply switch codes to reach the other school's account.
